As a founding partner and the Principal of Operations & Project Management, Deborah has been with Straticom since its inception in 1994. Deborah is LEED accredited and a Project Management professional with a career spanning over 25 years in the corporate interiors industry.
While gaining experience in the disciplines of furniture, relocation, project management, and master scheduling and logistics, Deborah strives to find the right balance of leadership, management and partnerships. Her fundamental belief is that every person, activity, and effort must add value to the process.
With amazing attention to detail, unwavering focus on productivity and the ability to quickly synthesize data, Deborah organizes and leads collaborative, efficient and goal-oriented projects. Deb’s natural drive for continuous improvement ensures all processes and procedures company-wide support us in exceeding client expectations.
Deborah has a Masters Certificate from the Executive Education Centre, Schulich School of Business.
